A couple of weeks ago I was working at Wise’s soap decoder; while the prototype was based on axis webservice implementation and only supported rpc/encoded wsdl, this version is built on jbossws webservice stack and is required to support any style/use of wsdl. I tested my soap messages decoder invoking different kinds of services and finally found that a little bug in jbossws implementation of DOMEnvelopeBuilder was preventing me from parsing soap messages for rpc/encoded wsdl. I pointed it out to the jbossws team and provided a patch; here is the JIRA issue if you’re interested in it, would like to read more about it or simply have the same problem (thus you would like to vote the issue)
